Care Connections Ministry
For additional information regarding the Care Connections Ministry, you may contact Joan Tropp.
The Care Connections Ministry consists of a group of compassionate and caring parishioners with a desire to assist other members of the parish who might temporarily need extra help.
Our services include:
• Meals during an illness or disability of a child, spouse, or yourself; • Provide Eucharist to the homebound; • Rides to Mass for those unable to drive; • Assistance with errands; • Home visits and/or phone calls to provide support/companionship; • Support after the loss of a loved one; • AIDS community services liason; • Information about other community support networks If you, or someone else that you know in the parish, are in need of assistance during a temporary illness, disability or personal challenge, please contact our Ministry through the Parish Office at (510) 530-4343. Privacy is always respected and no need is ever too small. |
