Leadership
Confirmed teens work with the Year II Confirmation Group. Leadership is a group of six to eight confirmed teens who commit to ALL six-scheduled Sunday's as small group leaders. Teens must be consistent and able to respect the boundaries of confidentiality when assisting others on their spiritual journey. In addition, teens will be small group leaders during the end of the year Confirmation Retreat. The process of preparing oneself for Confirmation can be a very personal and in-depth journey that may not have the chance to flourish the way it can in a smaller group setting.
